At Veloura Beauty, due to hygiene, product safety, and quality assurance standards, we maintain a strict returns policy.
Makeup Products
For hygiene and customer safety reasons:

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or change of mind requests on any makeup or cosmetic products.
- Opened, used, tested, damaged, or unsealed makeup products cannot be returned or refunded.
- As our cosmetic products cannot be safely resold once opened, all makeup sales are considered final.
Jewellery Products
To maintain product quality and customer confidence:

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.
- Jewellery that has been worn, used, damaged, broken, altered, or improperly handled cannot be returned.
- For hygiene and quality reasons, returned jewellery must remain unused and in original condition.
Manufacturing Faults
We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your item arrives with an immediate manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue

Approved manufacturing defects may be eligible for a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Please note:

Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, water damage, improper storage, or general product aging.
- As many of our products cannot be safely or legally resold once opened or worn, returns outside of genuine manufacturing defects cannot be accepted.
