We strive to display our products, colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colours and appearance may vary depending on device settings and lighting.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Veloura Beauty reserves the right to update pricing, promotions, and product availability without notice.

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorisation.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, processing may begin immediately and cancellations cannot always be guaranteed.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and product safety requirements:

Makeup & Cosmetics

  • Opened, used, tested, or unsealed makeup products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted.

Jewellery

  • Worn, damaged, broken, altered, or used jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted.

Products that cannot be safely resold are considered final sale.

Only products with an immediate manufacturing defect upon delivery may be eligible for replacement, repair, store credit, or refund after assessment.

6. Shipping

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following all product care instructions.

Veloura Beauty is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, accidents, normal wear and tear, water exposure beyond stated product claims, or failure to follow care instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloura Beauty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

All website content including images, branding, logos, descriptions, graphics, and designs remain the property of Veloura Beauty and may not be copied or used without permission.
